"Rude and unprofessional. Asked for a 2 day extension on sending a photo inspection because I was traveling and he spoke to me like I was a degenerate. Currently divorcing and the communications get sent to my ex, which I was unaware of. Paul was completely unforgiving of this. I am completely UTD on payments but this is the hill he wanted to die on and uninsure me over. Don’t expect him to work with you if you have life issues getting in the way of his policies. His true colors show under those circumstances."
